By accessing or using CV Validator ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CV Validator is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to evaluate candidate resumes against job requirements. The Service provides matching scores, skill analysis, and candidate rankings.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not use it in a way that violates any laws or regulations, infringes on others' rights, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
6. Subscription and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
